If you’ve eaten at a food truck in your city, you may have contemplated the tasty genius of such an idea—and possibly wondered how hard it would be to run your own food truck. How hard could it really be? From tacos to burgers to surprisingly gourmet options, there’s a wide array of options available from the diverse food truck scene.
