Greek Yogurt Pancakes

After my trip from Blogher, my family requested a lazy weekend with me. So this weekend, I thought it would be fun to try a new recipe. I had a big container of Dannon® Oikos® nonfat Greek Vanilla Greek Yogurt in the fridge that I needed to use up, so I decided to try Yogurt Pancake since my whole family loves pancakes.
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients, pour into dry mixture, and stir until just combined. Over medium-high heat, scoop 1/4 cup batter onto skillet per pancake. Flip when bubbles appear over all the pancake. Cook until golden brown. Note: cook a little longer than regular pancakes. Add some butter and fresh fruit on top or substitute Dannon® Oikos® fruit on the bottom yogurt instead of the vanilla.

I guarantee your family will enjoy these creamy pancakes too!
